Southern Massachusetts Umpires Association

The Southern Massachusetts Umpires Association (Brockton Board) offers classes for new umpires throughout the year.  This course is open to any person aged 14 and above, who has a love for baseball. The course runs for 6 weeks (10 classes) and is usually held at Brockton High School.  SMUA is also in the process of creating an online class setup to enable more potential umpires to be certified.
